Brickfield Rangers aim is to ensure that all disabled people have the opportunity to take part in football activities and are able to fulfil their potential.
- To raise the profile and awareness of Disability Football in the clubs community .
- To increase the number of disabled persons participating in football activities.
- To improve the quality of training available to disabled personnel.
- To establish and develop a competition structure of activities.
- Develop a pathway to allow footballers with disabilities to compete at the highest level.
- Develop a structured training programme.
- Work with disability organisations, schools, and local authorities to establish structured links.
- Provide a safe and friendly environment at all times.
